Meet the Hosts
Chandler Hutchison
Growing up as the fourth son, in a competitive house steeped in love for Boston sports, I had dreams of being an ESPN anchor since I was 10 or 12 years old. Pursuing a journalism degree in college, while running the campus newspaper and helping to run the campus radio station, helped confirm that sports broadcast is what I wanted to do. A distrust in traditional news media, including sports media, led me here, to the creation of Right Off The Bus. No politics, no click-bait, just sports enjoyed as they were intended.
Pat Mahoney
At a young age, Pat realized he wasn’t going anywhere to play sports at a high level, despite dipping his toes in baseball, basketball, soccer, and golf. But, as a life long sports fan, and following an English and Communication path in college, sports multimedia was the next best thing. After co-hosting a sports radio show at Westfield State University, podcasting was the logical next step.
